Types of Surveys

Ideally you will survey all three categories of stakeholders annually. If you are consistent with some of the questions, then you can map the responses over time to produce trend lines.

All of our surveys are done online. If you need to do paper surveys, we can accomodate you, however paper surveys are much more expensive than the online ones.

Student Surveys

When anonymous surveys are given to students, they will most often respond honestly and with candor. Some schools ask studnets to give their names at the end voluntarily. You are encouraged to include questions at the end such as "What is one thing that is an asset to our campus?" and "What is one thing you would like to see improved at our school?"

Parent Surveys

Parent surveys help you see how well you are meeting their needs. Depending on who your clients are, you may want to ask them if there are services they need the school to provide or if they have a talent they can share with the school to enrich its culture.

Faculty Surveys

Your faculty are most likely the people who will be the change agents at the school. Hopefully you will have identified key issues you need feedback on to make necessary changes at your school. If any transition is happening, then you should ask the faculty for their feedback on the process.
